SmartCat™ products are shipped  via UPS Ground. Because of this reason, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide your street address so that we can get your order to you without delay.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you place your order for it to arrive.

Pioneer Pet Products, LLC can only ship to the United States and Canada.

Orders to Canada have a $9.95 surcharge. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and elsewhere require additional shipping charges. The shipping amount indicated will not reflect actual shipping charges; you will be contacted to obtain your approval of the final shipping charges prior to the order processing.
